Why convert
my slides, photos, videos, documents to digital?
Your
family history, traditions and memories are irreplaceable. By
converting your various images, documents or videos to digital, you can
easily share, organize, print and preserve your memories.
How
long does it take to get my order back?
We
know that your family images and documents are important to you, we try
to make the turn around time as quick as possible. Most
orders
take 4-10 business days to convert, depending on the quantity of the
conversion items and other orders in front of yours. When we receive
your order we will send you an email to let you know that we received
it and we will give you an estimate of when the conversion process will
be completed. Shipping can take anywhere from 2 to 7 business days.

How do I edit my digital
images?
You can edit your digital images on your
home computer with photo editing programs that support JPEG or TIFF
formats.
If you don't have a photo editing program you might try GIMP, a free photo
retouching program that is available for many
operating systems. You can not easily edit images from a DVD movie, but
you always get the high resolution original digital files with your
order.
What are the restrictions
regarding duplicating the content of the film, photos and other items?
Your items may be returned without being duplicated to digital images
for several reasons. Some of which include: Copyright, Copy Protection,
Damaged Media, Objectionable Items, Incompatible Format, or Poor
Quality/Blank Originals. If you are the Copyright holder or if you have
written permision to from the Copyright holder then we can duplicate
your items. Your payment for items not copied with be returned with
your order.
Can you make a single
slideshow from photographs, slides, negatives and other items?
Yes
Do you make Prints from
the digital images or custom graphics you produce?
No.
There are now many options for printing digital images, from your local
drugstore to your own printer and many internet companies. Our
specialty
is creating the images, not printing them.
What
is Reprography?
Reprography is the reproduction of
graphics, documents or images by mechanical or electrical means,
commonly using a copy stand and camera. Prior to digital scanners and
computers, this was the high quality method for duplicating images and
documents. Using todays technology this continues to be a high
quality, quick method for duplicating all items, particularly
large, 3D or hard to scan items.
Can I drop off my items
for conversion?
If you live in the Auburn, California area or you are planning a trip
this way, contact us about setting up a drop off time for your items.
If you live outside our local area then UPS, Fed EX, USPS or another
deliverly service is your best option.
How do I pay?
Payment can
be made by Check, Money Order or Credit Card through Paypal. Payments
through Paypal accept
all major credit cards or bank transfers. You do not need a Paypal
account. If using Paypal, we
will send you an Email Invoice (with a link
to Paypal for payment) once we have
processed your order. Once your payment has cleared or been
transferred through Paypal, we will return your order and original
items.
How do you return my
items?
When
we receive your order, we will email you with notification of receipt
and give you an estimate of when the order will be completed.
When we complete your order, your items will be securely packaged with
your disks, and returned to you via UPS or the USPS with tracking.
